Home Services Land and plot clearing

Land and plot clearing

Every spring, plots in and around villages and towns must be cleared of dry grass, brambles and branches, by a deadline set by the Fire Service for fire prevention.

A clean plot before the municipality asks for it

For owners who live far away, have a large or hard-to-reach plot, or simply want it done with one phone call, we handle the clearing from start to finish, including taking the debris away.

Our machines reach slopes and dense growth, where hand tools give up. All over Messinia, Sparta and as far as Pyrgos.

What plot clearing includes

Grass cutting

with brush cutters and strimmers, across the whole plot.

Cutting brambles, shrubs and wild growth

that has become dense and closes off the space.

Removing dry branches and fallen trees, chipping and hauling away.

Crown lifting

on the trees that stay, so that vegetation does not touch the ground.

Olive grove clearing

of dry grass and suckers, leaving the olive trees free and accessible.

Collecting and disposing of debris

off site. The plot is handed back clean, not with piles in the corner.

Where the equipment makes the difference

A sloping or stony plot, brambles two metres high, or years without clearing calls for machinery, not just manpower. We have our own machines for cutting, chipping and hauling, so the job is done in one or two days instead of a week, and the schedule depends on us.

Who we work for

Owners who live far away or abroad

You give us the location of the plot, we arrange everything, clear it and send you before-and-after photos. No need for you to be there.

Plots for sale or for building

The plot becomes visible and accessible, so you can see what it really is.

Olive groves and estates

Clearing before or after the harvest, with the trees free of undergrowth.

Apartment buildings, businesses and municipalities

Open areas, plots and parks on a regular clearing programme.

When it is done

The main clearing is done in spring, before the fire prevention deadline and before the grass dries out. A second pass at the end of summer keeps the plot clean until the rains. For plots being cleared for the first time in years, we start whenever you call us.

Frequently asked questions about plot clearing

No. You give us the location of the plot and its boundaries, we sort things out by phone and send you photos before and after the clearing.

We collect it and take it off the plot. The site is handed back clean, with no piles of branches or grass.

Yes. Cutting the grass between the olive trees, removing suckers from the base of the trunk and taking away dry branches, so the grove is ready for the harvest.

Often, yes. Grass cut in April grows back by June. A second pass at the end of summer keeps the plot clean and safe until autumn.

Yes. Plots like these are the reason we have machinery. Brambles, shrubs and dead trees are cut, chipped and taken away, and the plot becomes usable space again.

One phone call and we are on our way

You tell us where the plot is and what state it is in. Ten minutes is enough for us to understand what is needed and arrange a visit.
