This policy explains what personal data are collected through the messinianlandscaping.gr website, why, how long they are kept and what your rights are. It is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Laws 4624/2019 and 3471/2006.

2. What data we collect
Quote request form
When you fill in the form on the home page or the Contact page, we receive:
- required: full name, phone number and e-mail address
- optional: area or town, type of service, type of property, approximate area and your message
In your message, a description of the space and the work you need is all we require.
Phone and e-mail
When you call or e-mail us, we process your contact details and whatever you tell us about your request.
Browsing data
- Server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. These are recorded automatically for the security and smooth running of the website.
- Form protection (Google reCAPTCHA): to tell genuine submissions apart from automated programs, the service receives your IP address and information about your browser and your interaction with the page.
- Visitor statistics (Google Analytics 4): pages visited, length of visit, device type, approximate location and basic on-page actions, such as scrolling or using the form.
- Google map: when the map loads, Google receives your IP address and information about your browser.

Your data are used solely for the purposes above. We contact you only about the request you sent us.
4. Where form data go
When you submit the form, your request is sent by e-mail to the business mailbox. The form data go only there and are not stored in the website database.
Your connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS).
5. Recipients
Your data are accessible to the controller and, to the extent needed for the service they provide, to the following partners:
- The website’s hosting provider, with servers in Greece.
- The website’s technical support partner, for its maintenance and security.
- Google Ireland Limited, for the e-mail service (Gmail), Google Analytics 4, reCAPTCHA and Google Maps.
- Our accountant, if we work together and an invoice is issued.
These partners process data only on our behalf and for the purposes in section 3.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Google LLC participates, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

10. Complaints
If you believe the processing of your data breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Greek Hellenic Data Protection Authority, 1-3 Kifisias Avenue, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr, or with the data protection authority of the country where you live.

Our services and the request form are intended for adults.

This policy is updated whenever the way we process data changes. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
